Subsequently, in July 2006, MCIL transformed into a fully-fledged bicycle manufacturing facility, in addition to being a subsidiary of ACL's Sahibabad division. Through its dealer-distributor network in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh, Nepal, etc., MCIL now markets a multitude of bicycle models aimed at the kids, fancy, and roadsters segments.

The Company expanded and multiplied to reach its current size. Technical innovation, engineering brilliance, and a commitment to product quality and service have made Milton a formidable force in India and abroad.

The vast selection of Roadsters, Mountain Bikes, City Bikes, Ladies Bikes, and Children's Bikes, coupled with efficient after-sales service, has enabled the company to serve a diverse clientele. Unit of Manufacturing

The manufacturing facility of Milton Cycles is located in Sonepat, the industrial centre of Haryana. The production facility encompasses an expansive 7,5 acres. The production line at Milton Cycles is capable of producing 5,000 units per day.

The company's operating margin is in the 1-2 percent range. The direct cost of raw materials accounts for 75 percent of total expenses. Over the years, the company has been unable to pass on rising input costs to customers, putting pressure on margins. Furthermore, a large number of Chinese firms have recently entered the bicycle industry, resulting in intense competition from the unorganised sector.
