Sri Jayalakshmi Spinning Mills Limited (SJSML) was established as a limited company on April 18, 1994, in accordance with the Companies Act, 1956. In accordance with Section 149(3) of the Companies Act of 1956, the Company received a Certificate of Commencement of Business on April 28, 1994.
PRIMARY GOALS OF THE COMPANY
To carry on the business of ginning, pressing, weaving, bleaching, dyeing, knitting, printing, and processing cotton, silk, wool, rayon, jute, and all types of natural and synthetic fibre substitutes, as indicated in the Company's Memorandum of Association.
